
Empowering Educators Across Regions
The University of Salzburg hosted an exceptional Open Door Day within the framework of the PoSIG Teacher Academy 2024 (October 20-26). Franz Kok, JoPScip/PoSIG Project Coordinator and Erasmus Coordinator at PLUS, welcomed 34 teachers from 12 countries across the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus region.
Countries Represented: Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Austria, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, and Kazakhstan
Dr. Kok emphasized the multicultural nature of the Joint MA program, showcasing:
- Multinational consortium composition
- Diverse student mobility opportunities across European regions
- Joint MA diploma delivered by multiple partner universities
- Experience in managing multicultural joint programs
The event successfully enhanced program visibility and encouraged teachers to promote PoSIG to prospective students in their home institutions.
