As part of the Joint Master’s Program in Political Science – Integration and Governance (JoPScip), an open panel discussion titled “New World Order: Ongoing Conflict in the Near East – A New Normal or an Exception?” brought together students, academics, and international experts to examine one of the most pressing geopolitical challenges of today.
The discussion explored the evolving global order through the lens of the ongoing conflict in the Near East, addressing its implications for regional security, international governance, and the changing dynamics of global politics. Panelists examined emerging geopolitical risks, shifting power balances, and the opportunities and challenges arising in an increasingly complex international environment.
