Coordination Meeting in Salzburg in Preparation for External Accreditation
Project partners met at the University of Salzburg (PLUS), Austria, for a coordination meeting dedicated to the preparation of the external accreditation of the Joint MA Programme in Political Science – Integration and Governance (JoPScip/PoSIG).
The meeting brought together representatives of all partner institutions to review progress across the project’s Work Packages, assess the implementation of key activities, and coordinate preparations for the external evaluation by AQ Austria. Discussions focused on project management, curriculum development, programme delivery, digital learning, quality assurance, and dissemination activities, while also addressing reporting procedures, shared digital platforms, and academic integrity practices.
A central milestone of the meeting was the visit of the AQ Austria evaluation panel, which assessed the programme as part of the external accreditation process. Following the evaluation, consortium members reviewed the panel’s observations and agreed on the final steps required before the accreditation decision.
The meeting concluded with a joint planning session, reaffirming the partners’ commitment to delivering a high-quality, internationally recognised Joint MA Programme aligned with European Higher Education Area standards.
