Eurasia International University (EIU) organized an Expert Roundtable as part of the Innovation Lab activities of the EU-funded JoPScip project. The event brought together representatives of local and international organisations involved in the design and implementation of development programmes and projects.
The roundtable introduced the objectives of the JoPScip project and the Joint MA Programme in Political Science – Integration and Governance (PoSIG), while fostering dialogue with development practitioners on current challenges and capacity-building needs in the sector.
Discussions explored the integration of Development Studies into the programme curriculum, with particular attention to domestic reform processes, the politics of international development assistance, and cooperation between Eastern Partnership countries and international development actors. The event also provided valuable stakeholder feedback to support the further development of the programme and strengthen its relevance to the needs of the development community.
